Apple Watch sleep tracking app NapBot is out today with a big update that brings with it some useful new features like background tracking so it can function without iPhone, daily notifications support for all forms of problems, redesigned face card Siri watch, trend for awake minutes and more.
NapBot is an automatic sleep tracker that works with iPhone and Apple Watch to provide helpful insight into your sleep patterns. NapBot offers environmental sound exposure tracking provides summaries of heart rate, and more besides sleep analysis and organizing the data into a sleep history.
Now NapBot is gaining even more valuable features with the latest software update. Version 1.3.2 that is now available brings daily notifications for tracked sleep, Apple Watch support for all types of complications, today’s widget, redesigned face card Siri watch, a new trend of awake minutes, and Apple Watch background tracking.
Notably, the latter update means that NapBot works as a sleep tracking application free of iPhones.
